Rogé began his career as an artistic director in advertising agencies, before turning to illustration.
Recognized at home and abroad, he has received numerous awards for the quality of his work. In addition to winning the Prix des libraires du Québec twice as well as a Grand Prix Lux, he also won the prestigious Literary Award of the Governor General of Canada in 2002 and 2015. In addition, he was selected by the New York Times for the list of the 10 best illustrated books of 2014.
Rogé lives and works in Montreal.
From now on, he devotes himself to non-figurative painting.
